What are your hours?
We're open:
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Special hours may apply for camps, events, holidays, or private events - always check our calendar for current info.
Do I need to pre-register for open play?
Pre-registration is encouraged (especially on weekends and school breaks), but walk-ins are welcome if space allows! Reserve your spot here.
What ages is Spark best for?
Spark is designed for children ages 18 months through 10 years old - perfect for kids from toddlerhood through 5th grade.
Do you charge for adults or non-participating siblings?
Nope! Grown-ups and non-participating siblings over age 10 are free - we want families to feel welcome without added fees.
What does it cost?
Open play pricing:
- $10 for the first child
- $8 for the first sibling
- $6 for each additional sibling
We also offer discounted play passes and our Unlimited Summer Play Pass - perfect for families who visit often.
What's the Unlimited Summer Play Pass?
The Unlimited Summer Play Pass gives your family access to unlimited open play from now through August 22!
It's a one-time payment that saves you big if you plan to visit more than a few times this summer. Get your pass here.
Can I bring snacks or drinks?
Yes, but we also have a self-serve DIY Cafe with affordable snacks and coffeehouse-style drinks! Try our punch card and stop in for Happy Hour from 9-10 AM for 20% off drinks.
Do you host birthday parties?
Yes! Parties start at just $179 and include access to our play space and private party room. Customize with add-ons like crafts, extra time, or drinks + snacks. Book your party here.

What is your illness policy?
If your child has a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious symptoms, please keep them home until they've been symptom-free for 24 hours. We care about keeping everyone safe and healthy!
What's your cleaning process like?
We sanitize our space daily, with special attention to high-touch surfaces, sensory materials, and shared equipment. Staff follow state-licensed care standards to ensure cleanliness and safety.
