How many people can we invite to our party?
All parties at Spark include access for up to 25 total guests, including both children and adults, except The Signature Party Lite, which is designed for a maximum of 15 total guests. This includes kids and any adults who will be staying. If you're booking a Signature Lite party and your actual guest count exceeds 15, please reach out ahead of time to upgrade to the Signature Party. Unplanned guest overages will result in a $15 per person fee and extra setup, seating, and food will not be available.
Can I bring outside food and drinks?
Yes! You're welcome to bring your own food, drinks, desserts, for Classic and Style Parties. Our Signature Party packages include food, dessert, and drinks - no outside catering needed. Please note that any hot food must be pre-cooked (we do not have warming ovens or cooking space).
What's included with the private studio rental?
All parties include exclusive access to Spark Play Studio and our party room. You'll also have access to an empty refrigerator and freezer, and one or two Spark attendants (depending on your package) to help with setup, support during the party, and cleanup.
What's the difference between the packages?
We offer four options:
The Classic Party: gives you the space, an attendant, and the flexibility to bring your own setup.
The Styled Party: adds themed decorations, place settings, and a sticker cup station.
The Signature Party Lite: is for up to 15 guests and includes everything from the Styled Party, plus food, dessert, favors, a themed activity, pinata, open cafe, and extended time.
The Signature Party: includes everything in the Lite version, upgraded for 25 guests.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your party at least 30 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Add-ons, food selections, guest count, and activity choices must be finalized at least 2 weeks before your event.
Can I pay a deposit or do I need to pay in full?
The Classic Party requires full payment at the time of booking. For Styled and Signature Parties, you may reserve your date with a deposit, and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your party. Add-ons can be paid separately but must be settled 30 days before your event.
How do I book my party and select add-ons?
You can book directly through our website. Our booking system lets you choose your package, date, and add-ons all in one place, no back-and-forth emails needed. Prefer a little help? We're happy to build your perfect package and send you a custom invoice.
Do you handle cleanup?
Yes! Basic cleanup is included in every package. We'll take care of sweeping, trash, and resetting the space. All we ask is that food and drinks stay in designated areas and you avoid decorations like glitter or confetti. If there is a major mess (think food in ball pits or toys in total disarray), additional cleanup fees will apply.
What if I run late or stay past my reserved time?
We allow a 15-minute grace period for setup and teardown. If you go beyond that, we charge $49/hour for overtime, even if it's just a few minutes, so we can stay on schedule for the next celebration.
Can I bring decorations?
Yes! You're welcome to bring your own themed decorations for any package. We just ask that you skip the glitter, confetti, or anything that's difficult to clean up. If you'd prefer us to handle it, The Styled and Signature Parties include beautiful themed decor.

Absolutely! Our add-ons menu lets you customize everything from decorations and food to fun activities and party favors. Whether you want a simple celebration or an over-the-top event, we'll help you bring your vision to life.
