Cleanup & Courtesy

We know parties can get a little chaotic—after all, that’s part of the fun! At Spark, we want you to relax and enjoy the moment, which is why we include basic cleanup with every party. Our team will sweep the floors, wipe down the tables, take out the trash, and reset the play areas so you don’t have to worry about it.

That said, we do ask for a little help from our party families. We know kids will be kids, and we don’t stress over crumbs or scattered toys. But if the space is left with super big messes, think food in the ball pit or toys covering every inch of the floor, we may need to charge a cleanup fee to help cover our staff’s time.

Here’s what to keep in mind:

Unscheduled overtime: A 15-minute grace period is included after your reserved time. Any time beyond that is billed at $49 per hour, even if it's just a few minutes.

Prohibited décor: If hard-to-clean items like glitter, confetti, or shredded paper are used, a $50 cleanup fee will be applied.

Major disarray: If toys, play areas, or party zones are left in a condition that requires extended reset or cleanup, a fee of $25–$75 may be applied depending on severity.

Damage: Any damage to toys, furniture, walls, or equipment will be billed at the cost of repair or replacement.

We're not here to nickel and dime anyone but keeping the studio clean and safe helps us provide the best experience for the next family. A little mess is expected. Super big messes just need a little help covering our time.
